The Van Cise-Simonet Detention Center is owned by the City and County of Denver.
The planning and construction of the building was administered by Denver Public Works Capital Projects Management.
The Denver Office of Cultural Affairs is part of the City and County of Denver and is overseeing the selection and installation of all public art in the Justice Center Complex.
Project Manager for the entire Justice Center program is JACOBS.
Hensel Phelps Construction Co. is the Construction Manager and General Contractor (CM/GC) on the project.
Citizens Advisory Committee was the neighborhood voice on the project.
